The Pentecostal Church of God I.M. of Pompano Beach started evangelizing in Ponce, Puerto Rico near the end of the year 1916 when the first group of Pentecostal missionaries, from Hawaii via California reached the shores of the island. The missionaries were Puerto Rican and along with other countrymen, they emigrated from the archipelago looking for a promising future.
La Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal, Movimiento Internacional comezó su obra de evangelización en Ponce, Puerto Rico para fines del año 1916, cuando llegaron a sus playas, procedentes de Hawai, via California, los primeros misioneros pentecostales. Estos eran puertorriqueños que, junto a muchos otros paisanos, salieron al lejano Archipiélago en las emigraciones del comienzo de este siglo, buscando mejor porvenir.

The phraseology used in this statement do not have it by inspired, but the truths that are expressed through them, we consider essential for a complete Christian ministry.

Por lo tanto, las declaraciones de verdades fundamentales que siguen, extraídas del Libro Sagrado -La Biblia- son tenidas por base de nuestra fe y comunión cristiana. La fraseología que usamos en esta declaración no la tenemos por inspirada, pero las verdades que en ellas expresamos, las consideramos escenciales para un completo ministerio cristiano

The Pentecostal Church of God I.M. of Pompano Beach has its doors opened no only to its local community but also to South Florida, the state of Florida and worldwide so that you may come in and worship in a Pentecostal Church which practices biblical values and principles. The Pentecostal Church of God I.M. of Pompano Beach started its work in the year 1989 and since then has served the Pompano Beach, Florida community with love, respect opened arms but most importantly teach the Word of God and salvation through His son Jesus Christ.
